Our 30 min Golden spin class is curated for our clients who are looking to gently ease into our rhythm based spin class. The lights will not be flashing but simply dimmed low, our pace will be slow, and our instructors will guide you with everything you need to know. There are no dumbbells in this class but we are sure to get your upper body incorporated with some easy to follow moves. During this class the riders be seated for the majority, ending with off the bike stretching.
For the month of January we have a full body, rhythm based, 30 minute starter spin class. This class is curated to build confidence, comfort and connection. We will be seated and standing as well as incorporating light weights. The energy is high, the lights are low, the music is turned up, who’s ready to go?!

60 minute sound healing, this class takes place on a yoga mat. Joining together in a gentle hip stretch and then harmonize your inner symphony with the soothing power of crystal singing bowls. Yin is a slooooow practice. We get deep into tension, tissues and stored stress. This is a yoga class that is supportive of restoring our physical, mental and emotional selves to a state of calm and clarity. Very beginner friendly. You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. This class is inclusive to all.
Barre fusion is a music based fitness class that blends barre training, functional strength training, aerobics & dynamic stretching. It is low impact, High energy and is designed to encompass and welcome all levels of fitness levels.
This is a 60 minute strength training class that is full body where we are lifting weights to the beat of the music. Minimal cardio but a whole lot of fun! With the music turned up and the lights down low this class is designed to get you lifting heavy and building muscle
